Data Validation of Contextual Services' reinstrumentation has completed and been accepted. DE is poised to switch data over to Glean-sent data.
Once that hits prod (on SRE's schedule) we can land a removal of Contextual Services' PingCentre-sent instrumentation.
This bug is about writing a patch removing PingCentre-sent instrumentation from Contextual Services and updating tests and docs.

As of 11amPT December 7, Contextual Services is now looking exclusively at
Glean-sent data for Firefox versions 116+. (See DSRE-1489)
